The walkway is dirty. Room service food not taken from room. The lights in the toilet is not working. The hair dryer is broken. The soap and shampoo has not been refilled. Ni shampoo and soap available. In conclusion, the whole room experience is terrible. Rating is zero.

Room is clean but I booked for a single bed than they gave me twin bed. The shower tap head broken and fall off almost hit my toe. The pillow is hard and high. The staff is hardly smile there's no welcome feeling at all in this hotel.

When arrived to hotel , there's no warm welcome from reception . At mean while waiting at counter , receptionist not offer for pre registration first while room not ready , Hmm ok , when i got first room was given twin bed , so i call directly reception , wanna change , so i came down immediately , change new room 516 , room was ok , there some hair at bed and bathtub area . Toilet bowl so dirty

What a nightmare

Booked for queen size bed room, but only got two single bed room. The staff not that helpful. Worst thing is when the room toilet still have other people feces. Totally disgusting and disappointed with this crappy hotel.
