"Relatively newly renovated, but not much thought put into location of numerous power points in the room. They are all not near the bed. Toilet seat doesn't really cover the bowl properly. Toilet door does not close and lock. It was very noisy at night past 12midnight."

"Staff not friendly. Room there was no hand face towels, buggy service is good but get in and out from buggy bit difficult for disabled people. "
