Great unit! In the middle of the city and close to everything. The pool and view are amazing. Perfect view of Petronas towers for pictures. The check in was great and they stored our luggage for us early! Thanks for that.

Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞

"Didn't enjoy the loud lounge singers heard from the bedroom singing late ino the night, or the terrible pool music. Not given the sea view room I booked, or a quiet room I requested.
