I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Stay here often. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is nice and the free gift when you spin the wheel at check is also a nice thing to do. Restaurant is ok.

In Vegas to visit family. Great price for rooms and good food. They did replace the bufferbwith a food court with lots od options. Pool was clean hotel room could use a little more light but not bad. I like the Station Casinos for a relaxing away feim the chaos tupe of stay.
