"The manager Glen was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival, he not only spoke to my husband and myself, but also our children too. He showed us how to feed the donkeys and welcomed us back to feed them at any time. He was quick to reply to any messages with questions we had. There was a welcome package on arrival and the cabin was beautiful and clean with everything we needed (even stuff we didn't think of; glad wrap, paper towel etc). The place was immaculately kept. "Booked 2 different rooms & both were renovated & fresh & very clean. Also very well stocked with enough crockery & cutlery. Beds are firm but comfortable. 1 room backed onto a busy road so there was noise from that, but other room was on other side of carpark so was very quiet. Cooked breakfast delivered to rooms at extra cost but very helpful & good value. Would stay again."

"We arrived at Lillyponds around 5pm, our key had been left out for us. We see there two nights and didn’t see the owners or any staff while we were there, this seemed unusual. When we left we had to leave the key in an unlocked box. People were trying to access the office for change for washing machines. I would have liked to ask if there was a hair dryer I could borrow no one available. Very nice gardens around the park. "
