"Location can't be beat, 50 yards fron a quiet, lovely
beach
. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Bathrooms were a little downscale for the price, but immaculately clean. Hotel bar and restaurant are good, not great, but definitely fun and a good value for a short stay. Lively scene in the "nightclub" part of the large bar-restaurant. Good live music selection Age of nightclub patrons skewed mid-20s. Walking distance to lots of other good stuff, though Surf City is not the most "happening" part...
