"As airport hotels go this is a decent one. We only stayed 1 night and no complaints. Did a late check in and early checkout and had no issues. The property and room and bathroom looked clean and bed was comfortable."

"We booked the hotel for a night to stay before our morning flight the next day. Unfortunately check-in was stressful as they didn't have our updated booking. We had to change dates due to the Iran war and had all the confirmation emails however initially this wouldn't suffice. I asked if they could contact Hotels.com but said they don't communicate with them? They asked us to pay again and cancel when we got home but we declined to do that. Our original booking was in 3 days time so questioned why they couldn't just amend the booking which they eventually did. I don't know who was at fault for them not being aware of the change of date but it was 30 minutes we could have done without. The staff were friendly and helpful in general. We ate in the restaurant which was decent and the food and drink was reasonably priced considering it's an airport hotel. We didn't use the shuttle to the road. Our room was clean and spacious with a good degree of comfort. The bed was comfortable. The taxi to the airport was 250 bhat which you can factor into the price if comparing to other airport hotels as some offer free shuttles. Overall after our initial problem it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay again...maybe."

"Here’s a cleaner and more polished version of your review: Great price, I booked the room for one night and it cost under £30. The hotel has good facilities, a nice pool, and the food in the onsite restaurant is competitively priced. However, the room could have done with redecorating, as there were plenty of scuff marks on the walls and the furniture looked worn. That said, it’s a great location for the airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service. There is also a 7-Eleven and a night market just a 6-minute walk from the hotel."

"Hotel is new, very clean, albeit a bit sterile, being painted white everywhere, but it is nice and clean and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. At the airport at 1 AM we did not want to wait an hour for the shuttle so we took a Grab taxi. But returning to the airport on their free shuttle next morning was smooth and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again when transiting BKK."
