"The location is im a nice residential area of Thailand with close and easy access to the airport. The hotel was clean with a lovely pool, restaurants and a massage place with a close by ATM. The shuttle to the airport is helpful and the staff incredibly kind. As a single US female traveler I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. A lady that just started with the hotel and was training (I didnt get her name) was absolutely excellent. As a Hotel Hospitality executive I know great talent when I see it, and she was exceptional! As was the shuttle driver, the chefs and everyone there. khàawp-khun kha. I look forward to returning. "
