Very disappointed. I purchased a non-refundable (no choice) room only to find out I could not check in until 10pm. They advertise “free parking” but the staff would not allow me to park my car before 10pm and had to park 500m away and pay for it. Hotels.com should not be listing these hotels at all. Hotels.com did not show a warning of the 10pm checkin time.
