Great place and good mall attached!
The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast option if you need to fill up before your day. The hotel is also attached to a high end mall with several food options on the bottom floor and top floor (and a Dairy Queen!) We did have trouble getting 4 towels for our family of four. We asked for 2 extra towels, which were promptly delivered. However, next time the cleaning service came through they only left 2 towels again. Besides this very small detail, everything else was very good!

Terrible hotel staff service and friendly
The hotel staff service is terrible with no professional and courtesy friendly attitude. We had lost our swimming suite in the room and they did not show any responsibility for it. Every time when you call for room services, they don't know your room number at all. When have issue with one of their staff, the front desk manager said we should complain to that staff's direct report manager not to him. What kind of service is this? How would I know who is that staff's direct manager to report to. This is very ridiculous. I would never stay in this hotel again and not recommend it at all.

주변 상권은 좋으나 저녁시간대 음악 소리 등 약간 시끄럽다. 수압이 너무 낮아 샤워기 사용이 거의 불가능 했다. 호텔 수영장 이용했는데, 아이들이 너무 많아 어린이 물놀이 풀장 같았다. 조식은 종류가 많았고, 맛과 서비스도 괜찮은 편이었다. 다른 지역 크라운 호텔에 비해 수준이 약간 부족한 느낌을 받았다.

大致上都很棒
房間很大，隔音不錯，可惜浴缸有點髒，房間有股說不上來的味道(不知道是不是空調太久沒清潔還是霉味) 酒店位置很好，服務人員態度親切，只住了一晚有點可惜！

Overall good stay experience.
Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel location is close to a shopping mall. Breakfast is inclusive of a variety of food choice. The check-in reception personnel was not well trained to elaborate related services, room rate and credit card pre-charge. The temp control in the room does not really work, no heater function. Overall It's a good choice staying in Kunshan compare with other hotels.

Still the best hotel in Kunshan for business trip but service need to be improved. Staffs are not so professional and not so kind...not many can understand English...worst when there are many group tourists... better change to another hotel when you find a big group!!

綺麗なホテル

새로지은 건물이라서 깔끔하긴 한데, 직원들이 교육이 전혀 안되어 있음. 영어를 못하는 것은 기본이고 호텔로서의 기본적인 교육이 안되어 있어 지내기에 불편함. 인터넷도 느림.

3성급이지만 4성급에 버금가는 무척 훌륭한 시설과 서비스를 하고 있는 호텔입니다. 조식도 훌륭하고, 새 호텔이라 그런지 내부 시설도 잘 관리되는것 같습니다.

便利なホテル
大きなショッピングモールに併設されたホテルでとても便利 ホテルも落ち着いており、綺麗なので次回もまた泊まりたいと考えています。 ショッピングモール以外にもお店が付近にいろいろあるため日常品等にはこまりません
