"please DO NOT STAY there,!!there was no ice,microwave,phone,coffee pot,the towels had holes and the bed sheets were stained....the check in was as bad as the room..very rude. the toilet leaked every time you flushed it, and they only put towels on the floor. the staff knew about it and put us in the room. NO REFUND!"

"The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited. The breakfast consisted of Western omelettes, Sausage, a single waffle maker, bagels, mini muffins, and apples. The hotel was full of kids mixed ages. The line for a waffle was insane. No one was around to ask if they had any plain eggs vs the omelette. Overall the stay was good."
