Staff was friendly and even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite after seeing us walk ~80m from the parking lot with luggage (no accessible transport). But the room let us down: carpets old, stained and dirty, floors unvacuumed, furniture disarranged, and zero decor. Lobby is beautiful, but the room didn’t match those standards. No surprise the Bonvoy partnership seems to have ended"

The staff on arrival was very friendly, upgraded me to a nicer room as the guest in my reserved room hadn't checked out. The accommodation was decorated really nicely with retro/vintage decor. The staff also left a nice birthday treat in my room, it was such a lovely surprise. Very thoughtful of them. The bed was so comfortable, I slept for 10hrs after a hiking on the Rila mountains, just what I needed. The stay here made my birthday weekend extra special. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend staying here."
