They contacted the property immediately as well. 3 days later the property responded that "because we have not received information from the guest of denial to the country", we will not refund any amount. "We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a lot of room. We used the sandwich maker that was in the kitchen to make our breakfast every morning and walked about 5 minutes to the beach. "A charming old hotel surrounded by beautiful trees. There are not many parking spots available, and the air conditioning is slow, but it keeps the room fresh throughout the day. The beach is a five-minute walk down the stairs, and the hotel provides an umbrella. The staff is very kind and respectful, and there are excellent restaurants like Amadeus and Drago in the area. I recommend visiting St. Sava Church by car; it offers a great 360-degree view from the top of the mountain."

"The location is perfect, it’s next to lots of restaurants and free parking. Walkable to the port of Montenegro Their carpark was full but reception directed us to free parking close by. The beach is directly opposite and well maintained The room was a sea view room which was lovely. Breakfast was ok but could be better in terms of what’s on offer The only downside I would say is that although we checked out early to do a boat trip, we didn’t need to leave for the airport (10 min drive) until 3pm. We asked to come back and use a room/spa to shower- they said no. I thought this let the customer experience down as otherwise we had a great stay"

"We loved our stay, this hotel was the best part of the trip. The standard king room was spacious, the bed was truly comfortable, requested the recovery pillow and slept so well for the first time in a while. The restaurant Siro table was a true gem, we had the best food of the trip from their restaurant, good variety, approachable prices. Lovely outdoor pool. The rooftop Siro social had a good DJ on Friday night. Overall a wonderful stay we would definitely return in future."
