"Setting is great - We loved the grounds and wildlife. The accommodation is well furnished and comfortable. However, because we booked late on the same day as arrival they were not expecting us. "Location was great - lovely place for families Sadly the service was substandard- slow - understaffed and low motivated staff. We had one hour wait of food from cafe / half an hour wait for some eggs at bfast / an incorrectly working app for room service When addressed it seems everything pointed to poor staffing .. loved the sunsets and kangaroos on the golf course "
