Top Swansea Bay Hotel Reviews
Morgans Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely first visit at the Morgan’s hotel. We were attending the Paul Smith concert in the Swansea arena. It was an ideal hotel to stay with a short walk to the arena. We stayed in the bar on the way back and enjoyed a comfortable few drinks on the very comfortable leather sofas, We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade with our room and had a suite which was huge! Will definitely stay there again"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea
10/10 Excellent
"All excellent - Nothing dislike or complain about."
Mercure Swansea Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good Hotel"
The Dragon Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location, price and staff. Parking too. We had a room for 3 adults but only had two towels and there was no hot water from the shower. The kettle also didn’t look the cleanest and had limescale. It’s perfect if you want cheap and cheerful for a night out but if you want comfort or are taking older family and friends it misses those final touches"
Somerfield Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Staff where really great during our stay. Slight issue with the door lock. However this was a minor issue for what was a great stay."
Patricks Boathouse

"Lovely welcome, beautiful room and excellent location. We are most definitely going to be returning guests."
Village Hotel Swansea

"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff was outstanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I appreciate the excellent service."

Other attractions near Swansea Bay

Oystermouth Castle
8.4/10 (36 reviews)
Oystermouth Castle occupies a particularly atmospheric vantage point, on a tall limestone ridge that enjoys sweeping views out over Swansea Bay. Built of Norman stone during the 12th Century, it sadly fell into disuse and disrepair from the Middle Ages onward, after a turbulent history, and in paintings it was often portrayed as a romantic ruin, pleasant to look at, but of little interest besides. Now all of that has changed.

Mumbles Pier
8.8/10 (256 reviews)
One of Swansea’s most recognisable landmarks, the imposing Victorian pier on the southwestern corner of Swansea Bay holds both historic value and offers an entertaining way to pass the afternoon. Once a favoured haunt of Dylan Thomas, this iconic attraction in the village of Mumbles now plays host to tourists and locals out to enjoy themselves.

Bracelet Bay Beach
Stroll with ice cream in hand along the rocky coastline of this rugged bay with views of an 18th-century lighthouse.

Mumbles Lighthouse
Visit this iconic structure that dates back to the 1700s and see the remaining foundations of the keepers’ family homes.
Clyne Gardens
Enjoy a stop at Clyne Gardens, an entertaining place to visit in Mumbles. Stroll along the seaside in this quaint area or visit its top-notch restaurants.
Blackpill Lido
Explore the great outdoors at Blackpill Lido, a lovely green space in Sketty. Wander through the marina and beautiful beaches in this quaint area.
Limeslade Beach
Why not spend a lazy afternoon at Limeslade Beach during your trip to Swansea? Stroll along the marina in this quaint area or visit its lively bars.
Swansea University
8.4/10 (110 reviews)
Located on the doorstep of the stunning Gower coastline, Swansea University was founded in 1920 and prides itself on striking the right balance between excellent teaching and research, and providing its students with an excellent quality of life.
