"The room is small but does everything you need in a hotel room plus you can enjoy the common lounge to stretch out, relax or work while enjoying a coffee, tea or hot chocolate drink which are available and free. If breakfast is part of tour package, you can spend $35 (per person) on anything you want in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building. That's enough for a hot breakfast dish, coffee and almond croissant if that's what you want. The only downside is that if you are older and a couple, the person sleeping on the window side of the (very large) bed, has to climb over their partner to get out. Other than that, it's great value for a high quality product. Ps, joggers only need to cross the road to enjoy a great esplanade run on the Fremantle foreshore."

"We have stayed many times & love it's location, so close to everything. The only complaint this time was that on the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights,1 at the beginning & 1 at the end of our Hunter Valley holiday in different rooms) the TV didn't work & the lovely man on reception finally fixed it up for up for us. On our 2nd stay the washing machine cord wasn't plugged in & was caught under the machine, how this even happened is weird & to have to untangle it all was stressful especially as we are not young. We haven't experienced any problems previously, only this time but apart from this would definitely stay again."

"Excellent location, well equipped kitchen, kitchen, bedroom and living area clean and spacious. Helpful, friendly staff. As we didn’t have a car we arrived at the front of the hotel and found we needed to carry our luggage up stairs where there was a lift to the next floor. We were unaware that we had to negotiate stairs to our room. We are both in our 70s, could do it now but in the near future maybe not. A studio apartment that we saw did not have this problem but was a lot smaller. Definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow."
