"The room was small, bedding didn’t feel luxurious at all, pillows very thin. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof so you can hear everything in the corridor. You have to pay for parking at this hotel! Overall a little disappointing for the price, may as well have saved some money and stayed in a travelodge "

"Good bits: location was brilliant. Parking was easy, fantastic sunny terrace. Big room. Not so good bits - Room was hot and aircon was not working. Extractor fan in bathroom made lots of noise but wasn't working and full of fluff. A bad leak in the room above cause water to cascade from the light fitting in the bathroom. Luckily it was directly over the shower tray so it didn't cause too much mess. The leak eventually tripped the electrics in the bathroom and we couldn't get a morning shower before we checked out. "

"Hotel was right on the bridge, just by the poll paying station. These instructions would’ve been helpful for finding it. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was basic, nothing to shout about. Amenities are good but basic. Staff are lovely"

"The hotel is very interesting with it's prison history, though that is also slightly a hinderance. We were in the Houses of Correction and it didn't really feel part of the hotel, you had to leave the main hotel travel across the courtyard to another building that actually felt a little bit like a travel lodge heading to our room. The staff were amazing though, from check-in, to room service, to breakfast and checkout - So absolutely nothing to fault there! I'd just recommend requesting a room in the main part of the hotel as that might be better than what we had."
