After an amazing 4-hour journey on the Glacier Express from Chur for an overnight visit to the Matterhorn, we arrived at Zermatt and was immediately greeted by the friendly hotel taxi driver. Amazing stay. We got an upgrade to a larger unit, which was super large. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. We have two way transfer from station to hotel with our luggages on check in and out dates. Location is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the centre of village

All the staff are super prompt and friendly, especially the staff handling breakfast, spa who makes me feel very welcomed! Fast check in ans thanks to the staff handling my check in, for the free upgrade. The one bedroom is super nice and big and everything looks so wonderful. Housekeeping is very diligent and do housekeeping twice a day. Breakfast is very good, gym is very good, the whole hotel looks magnificient and grand (wow). Would definitively love to stay in there again, its the best...

We were passing through Andermatt for one night enroute to Davos via glacier express and decided to spend the night at the chedi. The property is simply par excellence and I would rate it 6 stars in terms of comfort and service if I could. The expansive spa area might well be the best in Switzerland if not in Europe and the overall attention to fine details was impressive. Would love to return some day!

Located on the main street in Zermatt, within minutes from the train station. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable..the breakfast was superb too. We used the sauna rooms in the wellness centre which is free for use. They were in tip top condition.

The property is relatively new. The location is just great. At the heart of the village. Walking distance to most restaurants. The property itself is of extremely high quality. Our family had a great time.

My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up.
