"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "We were very dissatisfied with the hotel not having air conditioning. According to their amenities it said they have air conditioning, it’s really only a fan system and we had to keep the windows open because the air was so stagnate. If they advertise AC that’s what you expect. Never again"

"Lovely, knowledgeable staff at the front desk and a nice quiet location within walking distance of the tram. The bedroom was clean and tidy with modern facilities. The bed frame could have been a bit sturdier as it moved around slightly, but the movable tray attached to the bed was really useful. I actually booked the hotel after seeing it recommended on social media, and overall I had a good stay."

"Everything was perfect except of the smell that's rising to the top floors from, i guess, the kitchens. We lived on the 39th floor and every time we walked into the room it smelled like kitchen. We had to open the windows for hours at a time to freshen up the air in the room. In the morning it was the same thing. We woke up to the smell of something fried. It must be the ventilation issue, not sure. But overall the experience was great. The 1 bedroom suite on the top floor had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the river and both banks. The room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend."

"My daughter and I really liked this little hotel on the outskirts, less busy and charming area of Zurich. The room is on thr smaller side but super efficient and feels spacious because of the high ceiling. We loved the layout of the room. We could easily get ready without being in each other's way. The room is bright and happy. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very kind. I would definitely stay there again."
