"Despite being packed with guests, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Everything was within walking distance. I asked a staff member where the cigar bar was, and she told me the hotel only had a regular bar. Skeptical, I went to the lobby and asked the bartender, who immediately pointed me to the cigar bar. The property is so large that even some staff members don’t seem to know about all of its amenities."

"Everyone was comletely helpful and profressional. We both felt we were in the best of hands. The doctor who attended and did the stitching was absolutely fanatastic. We have been telling all of our family and friends back home how totally caring and professional all the staff dealth with us. We couldn't have felt more cared for in a situation that was so difficult for us in a different country."
