Spa was amazing

This is such a great place! ok, rooms are slightly small but given the price and location and amenities, it is value for money 1) we love that the rooms have no TV there are manual crossbows in the rooms which we play with our kids just before bedtime 2) close proximity to eateries the xmas market was just right infront of the hotel we loved the atmosphere! Rivalto, an italian restaurant nearby serves great pasta as well 3) we love the communal kitchen!! traveling with a big group of 6...

Convenient to airport, easy connection to Zurich HB. New and nicely decorated rooms. Excellent service, esp at front desk and Babel.

The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym.

Clean room, Good location

Hotel location is good, just opposite the train station. Room is very clean and comfortable. Although it’s a single room, it felt spacious.

Location is within shopping zone and walking distance to main train station zurich HB. Quiet and well fitted out interior, breakfast is very good.
