10/10 Excellent

"The Air Conditioning was not allowed to be turned below 19.0 degrees Celsius. The front desk told me it was not allowed due to “city regulations” and to balance the HVAC system across the hotel. Is it one or the other?? Therefore, it was a hot room during the night to sleep in. The hotel is pricey but worth it to stay in the hotel that is connected inside to the Zurich Airport terminal!!"

"Nice hotel overall, good value. Staff were quite helpful. Location is convenient and close to tram - making getting to Old Town Zurich convenient. Loved the panorama room - with views of much of the city and surrounding areas. Climate / AC system is similar to other hotels in Switzerland - takes some adjusting, but being it was winter we were not uncomfortable, and windows can be opened as well. Overall a very nice stay."

"The highlight of the hotel is the leisure facilities. Be sure to make time to make use of these. The front desk staff were friendly. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on this. The restaurant led a lot to be desired. Over priced and poor service. The hotel smelt of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking. The room was fine but not as high spec as I expected for a 4atar hotel."
