This property was very decent however, the bathroom has sewer flies in the drain. These flies fly and crawl around the bathroom and fly into the room. This is unsanitary as well as annoying. Otherwise the room was clean and attractive. The mattress could use replacing. The block out shad was perfect.

It was centrally located to airport and public transportation. The bathroom however needs better attention such as proper cleaning of the creases. The breakfast fast arrangements are awesome.

The only issued we had with this stay was the A/C. It would only run when we were in the room. When we would come back in the room would be rather warm.

Rooms are great! Many electrical outlets, good bathroom but very limited television programs. Limited lockers for luggage and difficult to access upper lockers. Need better communication for rooms not ready at check in. Excellent breakfast and shuttle to airport.

Hotel was clean and in a safe area. The front desk could arrange for the shuttle, cabs and even food to be brought to the hotel. The breakfast was tasty. We did struggle with the air conditioner (no directions) but the front desk sent a nice man who helped us set it and everything else was great.

I really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Super convenient walk from the airport and then an easy walk to the train station. The breakfast was so good and the room were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for our Sydney trip. Buses are 2 mins down the road and trains are an easy 10 minute walk away. We didnt need to rent a car because everything was so close. The 24hr lobby where you could grab a drink or a snack was a huge bonus, and the breakfast every morning was suberb. They way the team fully embraced the Swifties was an amazing addition, and my 13yo die hard Taylor fan loved it. Very pleased with our stay, and would recommend to anyone.
