"Clean room and really helpful staff"

"I’ll start with what was good: the location is great for what we needed and the valet staff was super nice and helpful. It pretty much ends there. The elevator is broken (apparently this has been going on for over a week) so hotel guests, people using the roof top bar and staff all use the service elevator. We opted for the stairs and found the stair well to be filthy. The room was small (expected in an old hotel). The bed was an old spring mattress that had its last good night about a decade ago. The pillows were like sleeping on crumpled tissue paper. We didn’t have any body wash. I mentioned it to the front desk when we left for the day. Someone came and straightened (“made” would be a stretch) our bed but didn’t refill the body wash, freshen our in room coffee supplies, leave a new bag for ice or do anything else. I popped into the lobby at 5am for more coffee. The person working the front desk was scrolling his phone when I got down there. He was helpful. The lobby was trashed. There were beer cans, Taco Bell bags- basically a frat party- all over the lobby. The crowd I’m assuming consumed these things stumbled to their rooms at 3 (every sleeping adult heard them). There is no reason it was still trashed 2 hours later. All in all, this might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a very very long time."

"Line backed up to the door to check in at 4 o clock and didn’t get checked in til 445, “system issues” apparently making us late/miss out on the reason we traveled so far to stay there. Staff just gives you the run around. Piss all over the floor in the lobby bathroom like abunch of 5 year olds had used every bathroom. Stayed at a Marriott the night before in a different city and it was incredible for 1/3 of the price. Wouldn’t recommend the Hyatt to an exhausted traveler desperately seeking a room to crash. "

"Bed was super comfy and I wanted to take the pillow home with me."

"Our room smelled terrible, the floors where sticky and there is mold around the bathtub. Breakfast was good, parking was good and the staff were good. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not open. We were really looking forward to have a swin."

"Really nice hotel, close to wonderful bars and restaurants! A bit noisy because of the busy road, but the city quiets down by 1-2am, so we did not mind it much."

"Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside."
