"My dad and I always stay here due to its proximity to Carowinds. The Comfort Inn continues to deliver. The beds are extremely comfy and rooms get dark at night, thanks to the blackout curtains. Breakfast is always a plus: well-stocked and plenty of options. Staff is great and takes care of their guests. Pool is a fun amenity at end of the day. Plenty of dining options nearby. If you want to go into Uptown Charlotte, this hotel is also close enough. This hotel is always my first option when coming to Carowinds."
"Found one roach in the bathroom and the water coming out of the shower was scalding hot due to a broken valve otherwise excellent stay overall. The hotel was really close to restaurants, stores and the airport. Their breakfast options was amazing and we loved how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms were. The staff were warm and friendly, we were moved to a different king bed room right away due to a hot water issue. "
