"I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot. "

"Property was clean and modern. Pillows could use replacing. They were very flat. We did have a loud group next to our room the first night but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We asked them to quiet down and they did. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. "
