The room was good. I love that you could request early and late check out for a fee. The only issue is that I was in the last room in the hallway which faces noises traffic and loud train horns late night. Also their food options were very limited and not good. There is no room service after 2 pm when the main restaurant closed. The other restaurant Golden Circle has poor customer service. I sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting for a server that never came so I left. It wasn’t that busy.

The room was not cleaned every day, and we had to ask one of the cleaners to tidy up and provide new towels. The fan in the washroom was not working, although we reported this to the front desk, no one came. Overall, for that type of service, the hotel price should be less expensive. In addition to this, I find the front desk staff to be less helpful and their faces were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
