Very clean hotel and rooms, excellent shower, ok breakfast some staff very good (the restaurant manager was supper) others ok. We had an issue with hot water during our stay.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and tons of dining options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing us with a restaurant list. They were very helpful with maps, HOHO bus reservations, and river cruise tickets.The only negative comment about everything is that the elevator was too small and very slow.

"Apartment was in great condition, had perfect stay meanwhile on dental holiday. The service in main bar was disappointing every night even we only had drinks.
