"About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)"

"It was a very good stay. All the staff, who were all young, were helpful, professional and friendly, especially shout out to Tuan at breakfast, and the receptionists. They were kind enough to let me check in over two hours earlier. I had been in town since 7am. So it was very appreciated. The hotel was beautiful and modern. Though it is new. The weather was terrible though nothing to do with the hotel. It was too far from town and Grab was not cheap. Only main complains my room was right underneath the breakfast area as I stayed three nights I should not be given that room. There should be a shuttle into town maybe three times a day being so far from town centre. Mattress was too soft for me. I may stay again if I ever came to Sapa. Though Sapa is too commercialise for me."

"Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up."

"Had a large room at the front of the hotel with views of the Sapa hills. Worth a few extra bucks to wake up to that view each morning! The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked and lots of variety. Used the laundry services a couple of times, visited the rooftop pool. The hotel is on the edge of town, it is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of grab cars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!"

"Our stay at Chapa Ecolodge was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The cabin lived up to the online photos. It was clean, comfortable and well kept with breathtaking views from the cabin and around the property. The food was very good, with lots of options and the free breakfast was also enjoyable. The location is perfect. Close to Sa Pa but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley. Our only complaint would be that the short road, around 600m, from the property to the main road is quite rough. However, grab is still available right to the property entrance and only takes a short wait. There is no doubt we would stay here again if given the opportunity."
