"Do not stay in Taganga. I am currently here and this is the most miserable night of all my travels. Taganga used to be a quiet fishing village, now full of drugs, prostitutes, and loud parties. At 2am on a Monday night, a super loud party just started next to this hotel. Music so loud is vibrating the hotel. Suspect a gang and prostitutes. I just want a taxi to get out of Taganga but I would be afraid to go outside. There are much nicer places to stay in Colombia. I don't recommend Taganga. "

Nikol who greeted us when we arrived was also very helpful in planning out other aspects of our trip and made sure we had everything we needed at the hotel.
