Kadiri 😡 ZERO STARS – ESTANCIA RESORT WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! What a terrible and disappointing experience! Estancia Resort is outdated, poorly maintained, and seriously lacking in cleanliness. Bugs crawling everywhere, dirty bathrooms, and facilities that have clearly seen better days. We booked two adjacent rooms, both facing an ugly parking lot. Nothing remotely relaxing or appealing about the view. But the worst part came during checkout. We were charged for two supposedly missing teaspoons and a bathroom towel! We had absolutely no idea what happened to these items, yet we were expected to pay for them. Seriously? After paying for accommodations at a resort, we had to deal with charges for teaspoons and a towel? What an insulting way to end an already disappointing stay. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a property, providing quality service, and treating paying guests with respect. Unfortunately, our experience at Estancia Resort fell far below reasonable expectations. My ratings: Cleanliness: 0/5 Room Condition: 0/5 Room View: 0/5 Value for Money: 0/5 Overall Experience: ZERO STARS! MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS PLACE. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and unnecessary charges. There are far better accommodations deserving of your hard-earned money. NEVER AGAIN!

This is an older property but very beautiful. The staff is very kind and courteous and they work hard to make it nice. There are a lot of stairs and walking so if you don't want that ask for a room close to the lobby.

A Place to Relax

The place has a great view of the lakes. Room is big and comfortable. Service is excellent. Nice pool. Entertainment room with billiard pool and karaoke.

Estancia has great potential to be a 4.5 stars if they replace their beds and towels. The beds are very hard and towels are old which feels hard in the body. It has excellent view on the lake side. The pool is clean and roof top patio is good for gathering. The toiletries are also in need of attention.

The walk to our room is kinda far, but once we have reached our room we were impressed with the view. The staff are very courteous and respectful. Staff are very honest. My niece left her gold necklace and they called us for it. Thank YOU!

The stay here was very nice, relaxing and peaceful. One small issue that I had was the WiFi. For some reason, it was difficult to connect in the room, but it connected fine when I went into the balcony. It would be nice to enjoy WiFi in the room and not having to go onto the balcony for a strong WiFi connection.
