The hotel is very near Taichung TRA. Recommended for visitors who came in to the city via the train since it’s super easy to find and walk about. The MRT is not yet connected to all parts of the city making bus as the main transport. The place is near to the bus stops to sun moon lake as well.

Location is excellent! Service is good. The front desk are professional and sweet. The room was clean with nice city view. With this price, it's really nice.

Convenience location. Warm people. Our short story goes.. we came from Singapore looking for a type of candy but in vain. The people at reception counter were remarkable, going the extra mile to tracking down the manufacturer, make calls to pin down retail outlets but they were sold out. The offered at cost from their own limited stock.

Convenient location-- steps from the train station and shops. Good value-- The room was small but had everything we needed. We didn't have to pay for any extra space or fancy amenities that we didn't need. US$60 is a very reasonable price for this level of quality.

We really enjoyed our stay here, their staff are very nice, room is big, food is good and the location is the best, 3-5 mins walk to Taichung station. Until next time Butler Hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and for your free snack everyday after cleaning our room. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Taichung. 👍👍👍

Disappinted at this hotel.
We were in Taichung. Room was small for the price paid compared to Kaoshiung. Shower was next to the window. There was only a wash basin and no space to put our own toiletries. But Staff are very courteous and helpful. Location is very convenient.

Welcoming staff tried their best giving booking advice and llocation direction thru phone calls. Good in underdtanding different languages (mandarin against cantonese over the phone is challenging). Clean room and all round the hotel made me feeling at home. Laundry, gym, and breakfast were highlight for me.

The location of this property is great, it is right next to the station which is so convenient. The single person room is very comfortable. Breakfast is ok - bit of a random selection but could always find something!

Excellent location.
The hotel is right next to the local main train station. This also has lots of people and beggars which are far less intrusive than in other countries. Breakfast was ok and room was comfortable. I like a hard bed so I was in love with my bed. The location far outweighs and negatives for this hotel.

The pillow and pillow case at room 902 very smelly. I don’t dare to sleep on it. Must change to a new pillow. Overall good. All basic toiletries provided included small and big towel and toothpaste and toothbrush.
