Not worth for the money, hard to contact the hotel
The host does not have a front desk therefore required us to contact them before arrival for check-in arrangement. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks before my stay and they were unreachable. Expedia customer staff was involved to assist me in this matter with limited actions due to their policy. "Fortunately" the hotel replied my message 1 hour before my arrival and I was asked to check-in to another room (neither the address nor the room structure as photo shown during my booking). I requested to change room and the staff said it was fully booked. He mentioned that my booking was a last minute booking and did not show in his room arrangement. In fact, I showed him my email confirmation dated end of Dec 2017 which was at least 6-7 weeks before my stay. In addition, it was on 4th floor which was not mentioned in their hotel information that I had to carry two super large luggage up 4th floor and my parents need to climb up there for every in-out. The towels provided as mentioned in their details were disposable bath towels that were worse than my table cloth at home. No wardrobe for our clothes. Only 3 wall hooks for a Quadruple Room. I would say this may be a good choice for a budget room but not for what I paid for the room type and hospitality. Uncontactable hosts made my departing flight fulls with worries of not having accommodation and spent a lot for my international calls before and during my arrival just to get this stay arranged.
