"第一次入住台糖長榮酒店～雖然說明了不提供牙膏牙刷還有瓶裝水～但我覺得ok～房間面走廊有飲水機～可以拿水壺去裝水～房間裡的熱水瓶也很乾淨～環境不錯～樓下就有便利店～也很方便～房間很大很舒適～ 唯一美中不足是樓下大堂的蛋糕店～入住當晚買了一件蜂蜜蛋糕～～～但乾到不行～～人生沒吃過那麼乾的蜂蜜蛋糕～然後也沒有蜂蜜味～有點失望～員工也是面無表情～ 除此之外酒店設備都很不錯～櫃檯服務員還有幫忙叫計程車的服務員都很不錯～～ 真實想法～以上"

"Service and room was excellent! We had originally booked 3 nights in a room with tatami mats, but after our arrival, we realized it was not for us and we had made a mistake. We asked the hotel staff if we could switch to a room with a bed for the remainder of the stay and they were so generous to accommodate the request. Breakfast each morning was excellent and this is the perfect location to explore the West Central District by foot. Great food and drink options all in walking distance. Highly recommended!"
