Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very large and very clean. Comfy beds and good aircon. We had a window view to the street but it was not noisy. Staff were excellent and great customer service. Could get snacks at reception if you felt peckish. Ten minute walk to station and we walked most places to see sights as well as a two minute walk to the bus 98 stop which takes you to Aping to see Banyon tree house.

Great Location

Great location only a few blocks from the Train Station and a large park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar in lobby is a bit expensive compared to other local places.

Overall a great hotel and I really enjoyed my stay here. Pros - Excellent location and <5 mins walk from the train station - Hotel staff are lovely and make you feel very welcomed - Rooms are very spacious and comfortable Cons - Better use of the terrace and library on the top floor. Good choice if you want a central location convenient to the train station. Friendly and super helpful staff. The room was spacious. Although the room had large windows, it was a little dark due to the sombre colour scheme and low level of lighting available.
