一般的なホテルではないので注意です。まず場所が全く分からず、タクシーの運転手さんや近くの人と一緒に探し回ってやっと見つけました。１階がファミリーマートのビルですが、大通りの反対側に入り口があります。エステの大きい広告が目印です。ホテルの看板や目印は一切ないので、外からだと本当に分かりません。 また、建物は全くメンテナンスされていない古くて荒れた感じの雑居ビルで、エレベーターも古くて動きが遅く、日が暮れてから初めて到着すると、ちょっと怖いです。 チェックインは18時までですが、場所が分からず遅れたら鍵が閉まっていて、スタッフさんがまだいたので良かったですが、あやうくチェックインできないところでした。 スタッフさんは英語も日本語も全く通じませんし、日本人の利用もなさそうです。オーナーさんが英語ができるので、何かあればオーナーさんに電話かLINEで英語で聞くことになります。 スタッフさんは基本的にはいないのと同じなので、宿泊者に全て任されています。個室でバストイレ付きですが、キッチンと洗濯機と洗濯干し場は共用です。最低限のアメニティはあり、バスタオルとタオルはLINEで伝えれば交換してもらえます。言わないと交換なしです。掃除やゴミ回収も言わないとしてもらえません。スリッパはなく、靴は外の共用の靴箱に入れます。 チェックアウト時も誰もいないので、鍵をポストに入れて退室です。誰もいないのでチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらうことができず、観光などに行けません。駅に戻ってコインロッカーを使うしかないかも。 場所は駅から遠いですが、観光や食事にはとても便利な立地で、治安も良く、コンビニが下にあるので困ることはありません。駅から歩こうと思えば歩けるし、タクシーだと90ドルくらい。 部屋は綺麗で広くて明るくて清潔で快適です。壁のイラストもかわいいし、各所におしゃれなこだわりもありました。Wi-Fiも問題なく使えます。 スタッフさんは親切な若い女の子で、言葉が通じないなりに一生懸命に対応してくれて、疑問点はオーナーさんにLINEで質問するとすぐに返事がもらえました。 こういうタイプの宿に慣れていて、中国語か英語ができて、チェックイン時のハードルを乗り越えれば滞在そのものは快適です。
