Checking in & out was self service although there was someone to help if needed. The room was fine. There was a pendant lamp that was low and we kept bumping into it. Overall a comfortable stay. It's close to the train station and convenient. There's free coffee in the lobby for guests. There is a laundry room but we did not use it.

Fantastic stay close to the station and friendly service! 10/10 would stay again, thank you! Good for group, couple, solo travellers. Very happy with the stay and cleanliness. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to explore taipei 😁 also connected to a McDonalds on the ground floor, yum!!!!! Room was smaller than expected, but other than that it was a great stay!
