The staff was amazingly helpful. We are from the Southwest of the U.S. and our Chinese is not the best, the staff was very patient and accommodating. The offered to store our luggage to assist us while we had a few extra days in town backpacking. Would definitely stay here again! 非常感谢你。您的酒店很棒！

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and provided information in English for us. They also went out of their way to arrange 2 early morning taxis for us (5 people and a ton of luggage to get to the airport).

The good part: The room was clean and modern. They even have a jacuzzi with TV which was really fancy! The manager Vincent was very nice and handsome, too, lol. The bad part: The shower door had some problem, but they made it up for me. Overall, it is a nice one.

Great location. Close to many sites and easy transportation access. Beds are very comfortable. Staff knows to express in speaks English. Thin walls makes for noise disturbance. No breakfast available. Very tiny rooms. Separation between bedroom and bathroom transparent so no privacy. Most of the towels had holes and damaged.

"Nice big room in city of New Taipei, quick checked in by a nice guy who can speak Japanese with glasses! But the other staff were not so good as I was asked to pay again even though I paid through Expedia and they collected. Then I got some refund in couple of days later, But there is $74 US dollars ..."
