The room was very dirty. Covered in dust and marks all over the walls. The furniture was old. The bed was not a queen bed, it was two single beds put together. The bathroom was very dirty, the shower faucet looked like it had not been cleaned for months. There was mold growing on the shower walls and shower door. The pictures do not correctly display the condition of this place. It looks like the pictures were taken years ago and never updated to show current condition of the rooms.

まずここに出てる地図の場所と違って、もう一個線路から遠い方向のシマにある。 夜遅くに到着したが、その周辺の別ホテルに入って聞いてやっとわかった。 ここのフロントは19時で終了。その後はライン友達追加すれば、中国語で鍵の場所と使い方が案内される。あなたの語学能力次第。 私は保険箱って何か知らなくて、物置は使えなくてリュックは枕の横に置いた。 他は特に問題なく、1690円って安すぎ。

They don't have an escalator and 10 wins walk from the train station, so I don't suggest to traveller's with big luggages, but the stay overall is very comfortable. they have very decent decoration at the reception.

台東車站旁的便宜旅館住過幾次，感覺都差不多，就是硬體環境不太好(隔音、空調、水管聲)。 這家的環境還不錯，打掃的很清潔，其他就如同大家的評論，房間照得太美了，實際上沒這麼好。 我沒遇到別人說的房間很潮濕，但浴室無抽風機，空調又沒暖氣，我只能用除濕功能來讓浴室變乾，但冷氣的除濕等於冷氣，溫度瞬間由20度變成17度，最後受不了只好關閉空調不除濕了。 其他小問題我覺得旅館可以先寫清楚，例如"一定"要旅客"先"用Line聯絡、不提供瓶裝水、續住不打掃房間、露台不是露天陽台(不寫就好)等。

住宿方面都還算不錯，就隔音效果有一點點差而已，其它周遭環境都還不錯，不會太過髒亂

房間比較小，浴室更小。洗澡熱水是用電的，儲水不够，不能洗很久，否則水會變冷。整體很新也很乾淨。

整體住宿環境真的太棒了，舒適度讓人可以很放鬆的休息，這價位還有洗衣機真的不錯，可惜我沒有用，我認為我下次來台東還會選這間民宿住宿。

泡澡桶在陽台上，只拉了一塊布遮擋，布還是破的，根本無法使用，除此之外，其他都很滿意，雖然沒電梯，但有專人幫忙把行李拿上樓，很貼心！！
