"We had a fantastic stay at Solest Takachiho Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest highlights was the location! It made it incredibly easy to reach Takachiho Gorge early in the morning for our rowboat reservation, which ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip. The hotel is also conveniently close to the evening Kagura performance and several dining options, making it the perfect base for exploring Takachiho.
Our room exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and having an outdoor patio was a wonderful bonus that made the stay feel even more relaxing.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the free on-site self parking, which made getting around by car very convenient.
The only minor downside was that the hotel restaurant was fully booked for dinner during our stay, so we didn’t get a chance to try it. That said, everything else about the experience was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again."
"We were staying in annex Japanese Western room with river view, room is very spacious and comfortable. We were enjoying the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) with lots of varieties of foods and drinks (included alcohol at dinner time only), also enjoying lounge with free drinks after dinner. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay at the same hotel again."
"It's a beautiful resort and the offer of public and private onsen was excellent. It's great for value. We had two meals and we were too full to finish everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. "
