Very convenient location in Namba! Easy access to trains and Dotonbori. Not a whole lot of interaction with staff - kiosk check in. Room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Note that the most basic standard room faces inward to the hotel, there is no sunlight. Not an issue for me ...

Good location adjacent to the airport line, its far enough out of central osaka to get a good perspective of Japanese day to day life rather than a distorted tourist view, but still close enough to go by the rail system to the sights
