"Close to the airport by train. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Only negative is no shuttle service after 11:00 AM till 6:00 PM. Shuttle service must be provided at all times considering it is very close to the airport. "

"Perfect location and beautiful room. We were walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing and worth adding. The staff was great and we loved the gym. The restaurants and bars had gorgeous views. I would stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the hot tub was a part of the spa and required a purchase of the spa package to utilize so we didn’t get to put our bathing suits to use. But I probably read the site wrong that’s my fault."

"Favourite hotel of my family during our 11 day/6 hotel trip. We got 2 x adjoining rooms so each kid had their own bed/room - a welcome change after spending 7 nights in smaller 4/5 bed rooms. The hallways outside of the rooms were very cold and it seemed as though it was open to the outside - which may have been the case but it didn’t transfer into the rooms, which was good. Central to Dontonburi, it was an easy walk from here to check out sights like the Glico man and Don Quijote. The onsite 7/11 and laundry was great and it seemed that a lot of guests were taking advantage of the baths. We went up to the pool deck on the top floor, which wasn’t in service in March but the view was amazing. "

"The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!"
