The room is very clean, perfect size for family. They have complete amenities needed for our 1 night stay, and very kids friendly. All the staff also very helpful and friendly. Will certainly come back again.

Amazing hotel, huge room with full amenities, staff is very courteous, location is connected to terminal 1 Kansai airport, train station is at the door. Can't ask for more, wonderful!!

The location is very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. The Japanese restaurant food quality was better than it looked on the posters and menu. The interiors are a bit dated but clean and comfortable.
