"My stay here was amazing, i stayed here for peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings with my pregnant wife. We loved it, especially the hospitality from ali and sabbir. Only thing is i would say food did not have enough variety and could taste a little bit better. "So glad we discovered this place. A perfect getaway from the busy city of Marrakech. Calm, beautiful vistas, animals everywhere and nice, clean, original accommodations. L’accès est une galère monumentale, surtout avec une petite voiture : les routes sont dans un état lamentable, non adaptées, voire dangereuses. Et n’espérez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prétend hôtel.
L’accueil ? Inexistant. La personne en charge gérait aussi le restaurant en même temps, donc aucun professionnalisme. Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs...

Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa is truly an exceptional destination. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The hospitality throughout our stay was nothing short of top-notch.
Entertainment was a highlight of the experience, brilliantly coordinated by Mamado, whose energy and leadership brought everything to life. Special recognition goes to Marie Joe, the choreographer behind the vibrant Senegalese African music, as well as the talented Indian choreographer and the entire entertainment team. Their performances were captivating, culturally rich, and beautifully executed—each one a testament to their passion and skill.
While the overall experience was outstanding, there was a minor shortcoming in the housekeeping department. Although the rooms were kept clean and tidy, the staff unfortunately overlooked changing the bedsheets during our stay. It’s a small detail, but worth noting for future improvement.
Overall, Eden Andalou offers a wonderful blend of relaxation, culture, and joyful entertainment. We left with great memories and deep appreciation for the team that made it all possible."

"Really nice private pool area.
Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush.
One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool.
Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working.
