"Since we arrived and proposed to my partner the staff upgraded us, gave us extras when and where ever and couldn’t do enough for us! They were a complete pleasure to be around and they made the whole three nights amazing! We will be going back again and again every year! Special mention to Lewis! Top scouser, fellow blue and a treat! Jess and Alisha where amazing and Steph loved the little whisper in her ear!"

"This hotel is a nice, but somewhat basic accommodation. It is very close to the university and the centre of Bangor, which is very helpful. The staff, however, were very helpful and considerate. The restaurant staff were welcoming although I got there only 10 minutes before they were shutting. Likewise, at breakfast, they were attentive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel because of the staff"

"Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty."

Did not actually stay in the Hotel but in one of the lodges behind Hotel which is ground floor level . Bathroom exceptionally clean . Bedroom clean and would benefit an upgrade . Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant . Free Good parking facilities overnight . Enjoyed our stay ."
