"An outstanding stay for a group of 7 golfers playing at the nearby Monmouthshire golf course. The hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village of Crickhowell. The staff were amongst the best I have had dealings with, going out of their way to help. Due to an early tee time competition they came in half an hour early to serve us breakfast. The rooms were plush, clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again."
"Lovely staff, fast food nearby.
Dont be fooled by thinking its a short walk to the train station! (Google tells you to walk along a dual carriageway) the station does however have free parking. Or a 20 minute walk through an industrial estate.
A convenient hotel for anyone going to concerts or events in Cardiff."
"The room was very clean, no bugs, a few cobwebs, but we were extremely happy with the room.
The staff are always lovely at The Hotel, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast seems better and it was very good before.
The pool, jacuzzi etc is the icing on the cake and our room was very close to the Spa."
"The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and a good choice. The bar is open well seated and out side sitting area. the external fabrication could do with improving for a better welcoming.
Unfortunately stairs were a bit much travelling to our room accommodation. But it's only @8 times in a day.Try ground floor. Shower pressure quite low, toilet floor needs a better clean. All in all not bad in our experience. Thanks to all staff."
"Lovely restful spot to unwind.
Beautiful building with amazing (Ashley?) decoration. Did not eat there but it looked amazing.
We will be back.
Parking excellent"
"We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too."
