It was a good stay in almost all material ways save the semi permanent protest area with chairs tables and protest signs as a result of employee firings at the main entrance. One should be aware that there may be a large protest against the hotel taking place at the one and only pedestrian entrance to the hotel on a day of your stay (as was my case).

This hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district and very close to a metro station. It’s a good location for first timers. The staff were super helpful and attentive. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect for enjoying Seoul cause it is in the middle of Myung-Dong. It was very quiet so that we were able to relax at night.
Staffs are kind and considerate. I enjoyed free coffee in the morning. I appreciate considerate and kind service. I will definitely book this hotel again whenever visiting Korea.

"The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room.
