Great ambience, friendly staffs, easy to book transport, near to malls.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. But the letdown was the numerous cockroach nymphs seen around the kitchen top and toilet floor.

My Bf was first time visit KL, I booked the superior king room for a night.Hotel had accommodate my request for a higher floor with good city view and reserve a car park slot as well. Hotel located besides highway, attached with Cheras Central Mall, it's Convenience to go a walk or cinema. Many local good food around, such as Taman Connaught Dim Sum, not by walking distance but easy access by Grab or Uber. Room is spacious and clean, bed is conformble, hotel staffs are courtesy. First time staying at this hotel along with my wife and 2 young daughters. Hotel is extremely classy, clean and with excellent service. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location is super convenient too, with direct access to the IOI Mall which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Super impressed with the hotel and will definitely be back again!

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Clean Rooms, walkable to The Gardens

Very convenient to the MRT & TRX. The convenient stores on the ground floor were also a big bonus. Not as crowded as the city centre. Room amenities are good. I enjoy the smell of fresh linen.

Love this place! Convenient to grab to TRX and restaurants nearby! Apartment is sparkling clean, tv in each room. Nice bedding and five star service from the staff. Swimming pool opens till 11pm and my kids could swim after dinner! Breakfast was perfect and staff always greeted us with smiles.

Was given very high floor. The place is quiet perfect for relaxing. Especially the infinity pool at level 40. Theres a linkbridge to the gardens mall link with midvalley megamall. Dining options are countless.
