"Good place to stay close to the airport."

"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."

"My second stay as my flight got delayed and I'm glad I stayed here again. It is conveniently located near the airport and their are dining options next door. As it is a new hotel, everything was super clean and the facilities were great along with the staff!"

"Nice place with very friendly people. Quick stop after a flight. Not far from the airport and about an hour away from downtown KL (Grab or taxi). Public transit options nearby would be about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to the city center. A few dining options nearby and a 7-11 500 meters away. "

"Missed a connecting flight in KL so booked this hotel last minute. On check in, the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic, but gave me the information I needed and everything went smoothly. The hallways/lobby etc. are quite dingy and don’t seem clean. My room had tons of tiny bugs all over it, and I also saw a number of those bugs in the hallways. The toilet in my room flushed one time, after that it wouldn’t work to flush again. I stayed for two nights, and on my second day, my key card stopped working. I brought it to the front desk and it just needed to be reprogrammed, but not sure why that happened. The hotel does have a laundry room which was convenient, and it was a cheap price for such short notice. It was also close to the airport which was good. Overall though, the dirty feeling, the bugs, and the toilet breaking make me unlikely to stay at this hotel again."
