"3D2N superior king room with bathtub was comfortable for a family of 4. Great convenience as the shopping mall & cinema were just next to the hotel. Room condition is a bit old with some flooring portions missing but still ok. Friendly staff & housekeeping. Will go back again."

"Very convenient hotel next to big shopping malls - city Square and Komtar. Hotel bed is very comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. Reached the hotel at 10am and was allowed to check in. Probably only possible to do so because it is off peak this period and is a weekday. First time I was ever allowed to check in at 10am. Really great!"
