6/10 Okay

"We stayed here as we needed a hotel close to the airport, we arrived around 9pm and checked out around 8am so just used as a place to sleep for the night and I would not want to spend much more time here than that. The first room we were given had been smoked in and smelled very strongly but the lady on reception was very kind and apologetic and immediately gave us another room however this was much smaller than the first room. The room was very basic, the towels thin and worn, bathroom design means everything gets soaking wet. Shower only reaches a warm temp not hot, aircon very loud, thin walls could hear the neighbours. Fine for one night and only 10 mins from the airport."

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."

" Zero Star Review – Glory Beach Resort I booked 4 nights and 5 days at Glory Beach Resort in Port Dickson, expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The unit I was given was completely run down and honestly unlivable. The condition was very poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos online. I immediately requested if there was a better unit available. Staff showed me another unit on a different floor, but it was in the same unacceptable condition. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay and requested a refund. However, the management refused, stating that it is their policy that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances — whether you stay or not. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, losing the full amount I paid to Glory Beach Resort. My advice to future guests: do not book in advance without seeing the actual unit first. The pictures look nice, but the reality is completely different. Don’t get misled by the promotional images. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone."
